Sedley Place short-listed in CBS’s ‘Big Bus Challenge’ Competition

Sedley Place made the top 30 short list of CBS's first 'Big Bus Challenge' - beating over 650 other entries and agencies in the process.

The competition, run in association with Campaign magazine, challenged agencies and creatives to prove their design prowess, by creating a poster that played on the unique appeal of bus advertising for media buyers.

The judging panel included senior creative directors from Ogilvy & Mather, RKCR/Y&R, M&C Saatchi and Mediacom. The two winners were awarded with the prize of seeing their campaigns go live, either as a national or regional campaign. The awards ceremony was held, perhaps not unsurprisingly, at the London Transport Museum.

Our entry for Glaceau Vitamin Water, a brand known for its distinctive bright colours and cheeky persona, lent itself perfectly to bus advertising. We played on the theme of hydration while on a bus and came up with some fun and irreverent copy. Bring on 'Big Bus Challenge' 2012!
