Sedley Place Digital is often called upon to provide strategic
consultancy related to online projects. Comet Electrical asked us
to help troubleshoot and number of their brands.
Each of the projects undertaken for Comet were as part of a
research process to help improve customer service and online
experience. With such a diverse customer base the projects involved
a range of services from competitor benchmarking, one-to-one
usability testing, expert website evaluation and online focus
groups.
The deliverables were a series of detailed recommendations
covering every aspect of the online experience. The outcome for
Comet was clear guidance that helped them understand user
requirements whilst rebranding and refining there online
offering.
