The final solution provided Gleneagles with the flexibility to communicate with their customers in a highly targeted and on brand way. Weekly golf news, interactive Christmas cards and tactical last minute deals are just some of the uses of the email system. 

The solution also provides the ability to develop focused communication with individuals; for example, visitors to the website can record birthdates and anniversaries so they can be notified of relevant offers when they need them.
